Permanent WFH (Work From Home)

Why Some Techies think they should get permanent WFH ?

📌1. They can move back to their native places. 

📌2. They can live With their parents.

📌3. Cost of living will be less. 

📌4. They can stay in their own house and no tension for paying huge rent. 

📌5. Can save petrol expense and also save daily travel time to office. 

📌6. Can have home cooked food and be healthy.

📌7. Can be free from pollution.

📌8. Can invest and develop their own small towns and villages. 

📌9. It will help to stop mass migration of small town people to cities.

📌10. Pollution and concentration of huge population in one place can be reduced.

📌11. Big companies can save crores of rupees on  housekeeping, security, office space rent,  Maintainence, Air condition,  electricity, pantry, cafeteria,  etc.. charges

But if that happens, what will be source of income for these.

📌1. Ola/ Uber or company transport drivers

📌2. Big chain restaurants

📌3. Multiplex and malls

📌4. Housekeeping staff

📌5. Security staff

📌6. Electricians,  Carpenters,  plumbers

📌7. Office cafeteria vendor businesses.

📌8. Landscaping and gardening team. 

📌9. Multistory building owners. 

📌10. Multinational brands who have set up their business in Metros.

📌11. Star hotel staff.

📌12. PG(Paying Guest)  and rental house owners. 

There is lot of pros and cons, 🤔🤔🤔
